Happy summer! Whew! How long was it since I posted something in contrast to the season? I guess I've been living under a rock, or I flat-out just don't care XD

Anyways, despite the setting, I hate the beach. I love pools though. They don't hurt your eyes as much as seawater does. Plus they don't contain man-eating behemoths like THESE. But hey watching 2 loli nekos wrestling with a giant razor toothed fish kinda makes me wanna go to the beach now. ^w^

100% traditional
Done with inks (felt tips & G-tecs)

Thanks! ^w^
Well, those things aren't exactly built for drawing, but they're a good choice for the said activity if nib pens aren't available. They make dark lines that don't bleed or spread, and you can control their thickness and composition very easily. Most people call them sign pens or gel pens.

Owh ,
As long as i know , the gel pens takes time to dry out
that's why i never use that to draw ^^
or maybe we talking about a different gel pen? hehe..

How bout the paper?
You use a drawing paper or a A4 standard office paper?

Just wondering hehe...

Well, yeah, compared to ball-pens, but maybe for just about 0.5 seconds XD There are cases wherein the thinner the tip size, the faster the dry time though. That's why I use the 0.3 ^w^

I use any type of paper s long as it's white XD I'm not saying I don't choose my paper though. The smoother and flatter, the better. Rough and furry sheets tend to break your lines D:

This is soooooo cute!

And your inking looks amazing! And I love the detail you put into this! The fish almost looks like it's going to jump off the page, and the whole picture has a great sense of movement! And I could seriously go on for quite awhile about how amazing this picture looks, but I think I'd start being repetitive after awhile... ^^;

But seriously, YOU ARE FREAKING AMAZING!
